Privacy Policy 隐私政策

LightDAO is a self-custodial, browser-native protocol. We minimize data by design.

What we do NOT collect

• No accounts, no emails required to mine (newsletter is opt-in).
• No private keys, seeds, or Passkey credentials ever leave your device.
• No third-party ad trackers or analytics beacons on the client.

What the network necessarily sees

• Your wallet address and on-chain transactions (public by nature of a blockchain).
• Mining contribution metrics you broadcast (bandwidth/uptime/verification/stability) and an anti-sybil device fingerprint hash + IP, used only to score contribution and prevent fraud.
• Standard server access logs (IP, UA) for security and rate-limiting.

Your controls

• Stop mining any time; contribution broadcasting stops.
• Clear browser storage to remove local wallet session & referral data.
• Request log deletion: privacy@lightdao.net.

Cookies / local storage

We use localStorage/sessionStorage for wallet session, language, and referral attribution only. No cross-site cookies.
